Returns & Refund Policy

How can I return my item?
We're so sorry to hear that you are not happy with your Phone Box Int products. We want you to be 100% satisfied - if you would like to return an item you can do so within 30 days of the delivery date.
 To return your order please drop us an email on contactintphonebox@gmail.com with a picture of the product and a screenshot of the date and time the picture was taken from your gallery. Please note that only products returned in a new and unused condition and in their original package can be refunded. 
 Refunds will be processed within 5 working days from when we have received your products. It can take up to 10 working days for the refund to show in your bank account. 
 You will be required to pay return postage for an item unless it arrives damaged or faulty in which case, we will require photographic evidence. If this occurs, please pop us an email on contactintphonebox@gmail.com in the first instance. 
 Original postage costs will not be refunded unless an item is damaged or faulty. If you choose to return your item using normal untracked delivery, then please ensure you get proof of postage otherwise we cannot be held responsible if the item goes missing on its return.
Can I exchange my item?
Of course! We send replacements out free of charge once we have received back your incorrect item. Please contact us on contactintphonebox@gmail.com for exchange. Please keep an eye on your emails as we will email you if there are any issues with your exchange.
How long do I have to return my item?
We have a 30-day return policy, so please be sure to send anything back to us within this time frame so that we can process your refund or exchange.
