What are your delivery prices?
Standard International Shipping - R 115,00
How long does delivery take?
Standard International Shipping: 2-8 days
If you choose standard delivery, orders will be dispatched within 2-3 working days (please note during extremely busy periods this could exceed this time frame). The delivery time frame starts from the day your order is dispatched.
Please Note: Our warehouses only ship from Monday to Friday. If you place an order Friday after 14:00 UCT+2 your order will only be processed on Monday.
What happens if I am not at home when my parcel arrives?
A card will be left in your letter box informing you on how you can obtain your package.
Can I track the status of my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. On a rare occasion where a tracking number is missing or not given, please contact us via contactintphonebox@gmail.com. and we will be able to send it to you.
What should I do if my order has not arrived?
If you have not received your order within 15 days since dispatch, then please drop us an email on contactintphonebox@gmail.com.
On rare occasions that items are not delivered and have been lost in transit we will send out a replacement.
Please note - we cannot be held responsible if the delivery address entered at checkout is incorrect or incomplete. It is the responsibility of the customer to give a complete and accurate delivery address to ensure safe delivery of the parcel is made.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, please email us on contactintphonebox@gmail.com within 30 minutes of your order being placed. Unfortunately, after 30 minutes we will not be able to cancel an order due to our speedy processing time.
